Payment methods include Shopify Payments, PayPal and approved trade accounts.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has cleared.

 Trade Accounts

Approved trade customers receive access to:

  • Streamlined ordering
  • Additional account features

Trade accounts are subject to separate Trade Account Terms, which must be accepted during application.

We reserve the right to suspend, review or cancel trade accounts at our discretion.

Order Acceptance

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase products.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, including when:

  • Stock is unavailable
  • Product pricing was incorrect
  • Payment fails or is suspected to be fraudulent
  • Delivery address is not serviceable

If an order is cancelled, you will be notified and refunded.

Shipping

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or regional circumstances.

Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery to the address provided or when Authority to Leave is used.

Returns & Refunds

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind (unless specifically approved)
  • Cut lengths
  • Consumables
  • Electrical components (unless inspected and approved)
  • Special orders

Warranty claims must follow manufacturer procedures.

Warranty does not cover:
