Overview
Ocean Air Marine offers fast and reliable shipping Australia-wide. We aim to dispatch all orders quickly to ensure refrigeration and air conditioning technicians receive the parts they need with minimal downtime.
This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, delivery options, freight charges and other important information.
Order Processing Times
● Orders placed before 12:00pm AEST are generally dispatched same business day.
● Orders placed after this cut-off will dispatch on the next business day or as soon as possible.
● Large, bulky or special-order items may require additional handling time.
● Orders are processed Monday–Friday only (excluding public holidays).
If there are any delays with your order, our team will contact you directly.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We use trusted national freight partners for all deliveries, including express and road freight carriers.
Typical delivery timeframes:
● Local Sunshine Coast & Surrounds: 1–2 business days
● Queensland (Regional): 2–4 business days
● Interstate Metro Areas: 3–6 business days
● Interstate Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on carrier capacity, weather conditions, and remote locations.
Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on:
● Delivery location
● Size and weight of the order
● Carrier selected
● Whether the item is classified as bulky, oversized or dangerous goods
Special order parts from suppliers may incur fixed freight charges. These will be communicated prior to processing your order.

Customers may collect orders directly from our warehouse:

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for pickup.
Bulky, Oversized & Heavy Items
Some items may require palletised freight.
Additional freight charges may apply, and delivery may require a forklift on site.
Our team will contact you if extra arrangements are needed.
Dangerous Goods Shipping
Products containing refrigerants, aerosols, oils or chemicals may be classified as Dangerous Goods (DG).
These items may:
● Require DG-approved couriers
● Take longer to deliver
● Incur additional freight charges
DG items cannot be sent via air freight.
Authority to Leave (ATL)
You may provide Authority to Leave at checkout. By selecting ATL, you accept that:
● The courier may leave the goods unattended at the delivery address
● Ocean Air Marine is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items after delivery has been confirmed
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping details are correct at checkout.
Ocean Air Marine is not responsible for delays or lost parcels due to:
● Incorrect or incomplete addresses
● Absence at the delivery address
● Redirection requests after dispatch
Re-delivery fees may apply.
Backorders & Special Orders
If an item is on backorder or requires supplier ordering:
● You will be notified of estimated lead times
● Your order may ship in multiple consignments
● Additional freight may apply depending on the item size and supplier location
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with:
● Tracking number
● Courier details
● Link to track your shipment
If tracking does not appear immediately, please allow up to 12 hours for the courier system to update.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours with:
● Order number
● Photos of packaging and item
● Description of the issue
We will work quickly to resolve the issue with the freight carrier.
